Our AI Disclosure Commitment
Velocity Agentix AI LLC builds, deploys, and operates artificial intelligence voice agents on behalf of our customers. Transparency about AI use is fundamental to ethical AI deployment. This notice explains how AI is used in our Services and your rights when interacting with our AI voice agents.
What Are AI Voice Agents?
Our AI voice agents are software programs that use artificial intelligence to handle business communications, including inbound and outbound voice calls, SMS messaging, MMS with image analysis, email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and customer service.
Our AI agents are designed to interact with callers in natural, conversational language. They are NOT human, although their voices and conversational styles may sound human-like.
How AI Is Used in Our Services
Our AI voice agents use a combination of:
- Large Language Models: Anthropic's Claude AI for understanding caller intent and generating responses
- Voice Synthesis: ElevenLabs AI voice technology to produce natural-sounding speech
- Speech Recognition: Twilio voice infrastructure for speech-to-text
- Conversation Management: Custom software by Velocity Agentix AI
- Knowledge Retrieval: Customer-specific knowledge bases
What AI Agents Do
- Answer business phone calls 24/7
- Listen to and understand caller requests
- Look up information from customer-provided FAQ knowledge bases
- Schedule appointments and book consultations
- Capture leads and contact information
- Create customer service tickets
- Document refund requests (never process payments directly)
- Send SMS and email confirmations
- Escalate complex matters to human team members
What AI Agents Do NOT Do
- Provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other professional advice
- Make binding commitments on behalf of customers without authorization
- Process payments or refunds directly
- Replace human judgment for complex or sensitive matters
- Provide emergency services
Your Rights When Interacting with Our AI Agents
1. Know You Are Speaking with AI
If you are unsure whether you are speaking with AI or a human, you may ask directly. The agent will confirm.
2. Speak with a Human
You may request to speak with a human at any time. Our AI agents will escalate via live transfer (during business hours) or callback request.
3. End the Conversation
You may end any conversation with an AI agent at any time without explanation.
4. Privacy of Your Communications
Communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded for quality and service purposes.
5. Request AI-Free Service
If you prefer not to interact with AI, you may request human-only service.
Recording and Monitoring Notice
Calls handled by our AI agents may be recorded for service quality, training, and customer follow-up purposes. In states with two-party consent laws, our customers are responsible for compliance.
Acceptable Use of Our Services
For Our Customers (Businesses Deploying AI Agents)
When deploying AI voice agents, you agree to use them only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with:
- TCPA: Obtain proper consent for outbound calls and texts
- National DNC Registry: Honor consumer Do Not Call preferences
- State Two-Party Consent Laws: Comply with state recording laws (California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Nevada, Vermont, Oregon)
- FDCPA: Comply with debt collection regulations
- CAN-SPAM Act: Comply with email marketing requirements
- State Privacy Laws: Comply with CCPA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, etc.
- Industry Regulations: Comply with HIPAA, GLBA, COPPA, and other applicable rules
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use our Services to:
- Make calls violating DNC Registry without proper exemption
- Send automated calls/texts without consent
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Impersonate other businesses or government agencies
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any person
- Violate FDCPA or state consumer protection laws
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Reverse engineer our Services
- Resell our Services without authorization
Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of misuse of our Services, please report to: abuse@velocityagentixai.com
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
Limitations of AI
Please understand AI agents have inherent limitations:
- AI Outputs May Contain Errors: AI agents may misunderstand requests or provide inaccurate information.
- No Professional Advice: Information from AI agents is for general informational purposes only.
- Language and Cultural Limitations: AI may not understand all dialects or contexts equally.
- Bias: While we work to minimize bias, no AI system is perfectly unbiased.
Emergency Services Notice
Our AI voice agents are NOT designed to handle emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, fire, crime, or other life-threatening situation:

Or contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on AI voice agents for emergency response.
